Teddyâs Journey
From frightened rescue dog to Academy co-founder
When Teddy first joined my family, life felt overwhelming for him.
Everyday experiences were confusing and sometimes frightening.
Like many rescue dogs, he needed patience, understanding and time rather than pressure.
Together we worked through life one small step at a time.
Using reward-based training, predictable routines and clear communication, Teddy gradually became more confident, more curious and happier exploring the world around him.
Today he enjoys travelling, training, cafés, beaches and new adventures.
His journey reminds me every day that progress isn't measured by perfectionâit is measured by trust.
Every dog deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace.

Mooseâs Journey
From anxious little rescue to a confident companion.
When Moose first came home, everyday life felt overwhelming for him.
He lacked confidence, worried about unfamiliar situations and often looked to me for reassurance. Rather than expecting quick results, we worked together at his pace, building trust through consistency, kindness and positive reinforcement.
Over time, Moose discovered that learning could be fun and that the world wasn't quite so scary.
Today he enjoys travelling, exploring new places, meeting people and taking part in everyday adventures.
Living with Moose has reinforced one of the most important lessons in dog training: confidence cannot be rushedâit is built one positive experience at a time.
