Puppy Behaviour Consultations & Home Visits
Helping you understand your puppy when everyday challenges become more difficult, persistent or concerning.
Every puppy is different. Sometimes behaviours such as fear, excessive biting, difficulty settling, handling concerns or changes in behaviour need a little more investigation before training begins.
My behaviour support service starts by looking at your puppy’s history, health, environment, routines and the circumstances surrounding the behaviour.
Rather than jumping straight into training, we’ll first work out the most appropriate next step for you and your puppy.
🐶A Confident Start Begins at Home🐶
Puppy behaviour is communication. Biting, barking, chewing, crying and difficulty settling are not signs of a “bad” puppy.
Your puppy may be tired, overstimulated, frightened, frustrated, uncomfortable or unsure what to do.
Together, we’ll explore what may be contributing to your puppy’s behaviour, including their environment, routines and experiences. This helps me determine what support may be appropriate and whether further veterinary or specialist input should be considered.

🐾How Puppy Behaviour Support Works 🐾
Behaviour support starts with understanding the whole picture. Before making recommendations, I will learn about your puppy, your concerns and their history so we can identify the safest and most appropriate next steps.
Tell Me About Your Puppy 🐶
Before booking a consultation, complete my detailed Puppy Behaviour Questionnaire. This gives me important information about your puppy’s history, health, daily routine, environment and the behaviour you are concerned about.
Behaviour Screening 💻
After completing the questionnaire, book a 30-minute online Behaviour Screening. We’ll discuss your concerns in more detail and decide whether I am the right person to support you and your puppy.
Price: £40
Assessment & Next Steps 🏠
If I’m the right person to support you and your puppy, the next stage is a 90-minute home behaviour assessment.
This allows me to observe your puppy in their normal environment, gather further information and determine the most appropriate way forward.
Following the assessment, I’ll explain my recommendations. These may include private 1:1 training, management changes, veterinary investigation or referral to another appropriately qualified professional.
Price: £125
Tell Me About Your Puppy 🐾
Before booking your Behaviour Screening, please complete this questionnaire as fully as possible.
The information you provide will help me understand your puppy, your concerns and whether I am the right person to support you.
In some circumstances, I may recommend speaking with your veterinarian or another appropriately qualified professional before we proceed.
